2022-23 Tri Valley League Winter All Stars

The Tri Valley League has announced the Winter All Star lists for the 2022-23 season.

BOY'S BASKETBALL MVP:

Tyler Sherman, Greenwood – Senior

Led Greenwood to a TVL Championship with a 13-0 record and a 25-3 overall record. Greenwood qualified for PIAA State 1A tournament.

League Stats –

Led the league in scoring (20 PPG), 6th in assists (41), 5th in steals (30), 2nd in rebounds (137), 4th in blocked shots (22), and 5th in FT% (73.36%).

Overall Stats –

527 points, 66 assists, 277 rebounds, 47 blocked shots, and 53 steals. He also finished his career with 1226 points.

GIRL'S BASKETBALL MVP:

Kara Rupp, Upper Dauphin – Senior

Led Upper Dauphin to a TVL Championship with a 10-3 record and a 20-5 overall record.

League Stats –

3rd in assists (36), 5th in steals (47), 8th in rebounds (94), and 13th in scoring (9.31 PPG)

Overall Stats –

254 points, 65 assists, 167 rebounds, 13 blocks, and 73 steals.
