JCSD Approves Superintendent Resignation

A special meeting of the Juniata County School District School Board was held at the district's administration building this evening.

At the meeting, the board voted to approve the resignation of Superintendent Dr. Gary Dawson, effective August 19, 2022.

Christie Holderman has been named Substitute Superintendent, effective August 1, 2022.

Dawson had served as superintendent of the district since September of 2019.
