FAYETTE TOWNSHIP CRIMINAL TRESPASS
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating an incident of Criminal Trespass on Main Street in McAlisterville.
A 29 year old female from McAlisterville notified PSP of a suspicious person at 7:43am on November 21. When State Police arrived it was determined at a 38 year old McAlisterville man had trespassed into a residence. The individual was located and taken into custody.
WALKER TOWNSHIP CRASH
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a crash on Route 322 westbound just east of the Center Road overpass in Walker Township, Juniata County.
At 7:12am on Saturday morning Benjamin A Halford, 29 of Harrisburg, was traveling West when a deer entered the roadway. Halford was unable to avoid the deer and his 2021 Nissan Murano sustained disabling damage.
Halford was uninjured in the crash and was wearing a seatbelt.
FERMANAGH TOWNSHIP CRASH
State Police at Lewistown responded to a crash on William Penn Highway in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County.
Bryce E Nipple, 19 of Mifflintown, was traveling on William Penn Highway in the area of Greedy's Lane at 3:11am on December 1 when he fell asleep at the wheel of his 2017 Chevy Cruze.
Nipple left the roadway and struck a utility pole before coming to rest in the southbound lane of William Penn Highway.
Nipple fled the scene and through investigation, it was suspected that Nipple was under the influence of alcohol. He was uninjured and was charged in the incident.
MIFFLINTOWN LAUNDRY BURGLARY
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a burglary at Mifflintown Laundry in Mifflintown Borough.
An unknown person or persons removed $500 in quarters from the business and damaged a door frame/lock. The incident remains under investigation.
