EAST JUNIATA CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating an incident of Criminal Mischief at East Juniata High School.
On November 9 at approximately 9:52am, state police responded to the school and found a sink valued at $500 was damaged in a bathroom.
The incident remains under investigation.
FATAL OLIVER TOWNSHIP CRASH
One person is dead after a three vehicle crash on Route 522 near Twin Hollow Road in Oliver Township, Mifflin County.
A 49 year old female passenger in one of the vehicles succumbed to her injuries in the November 15 crash. Shew as pronounced dead at the hospital.
The incident remains under investigation.
FAYETTE TOWNSHIP HARASSMENT
At 4:30pm on November 16, State Police at Lewistown were called to an incident of reported harassment on Route 35 in Fayette Township, Juniata County.
Upon arrival it was determined that a physical altercation had occurred with the victim being a 27 year old Mifflintown woman. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
FERMANAGH TOWNSHIP CRASH
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown were dispatched to the scene of a crash on Route 322 westbound, approximately 1/4 west of the Arch Rock exit in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County.
Vance S Varner, 55 of Mifflintown, was traveling west on Route 322 on November 17 at approximately 6:35am when he struck a deer.
Following the impact with the deer, Varner's 2010 Honda Civic left the roadway and came to rest in the median.
Varner sustained no injuries in the crash and was wearing his seatbelt.
WAYNE TOWNSHIP DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Ean Kuhns, 25 of Mount Union was cited for Disorderly Conduct in an incident that occurred at 12:24am on November 18.
State Police at Lewistown were sent to 124 Ferguson Valley Road in Wayne Township, Mifflin County.
Upon their arrival they found that Kuhns had been shooting guns, causing alarm and annoyance to multiple neighbors, waking them from their sleep.
