MEXICO MARKET GAS THEFT


Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to Mexico Market in Walker Township, Juniata County on Monday evening for a reported retail theft.


Stephanie Wagner, 35 of Port Royal, was cited for pumping $48 worth of gas into a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox and leaving without paying.



FERMANAGH TOWNSHIP CRIMINAL TRESPASS


Ethan Davis, 28 of McAlisterville, has been charged for trespassing on a Fermanagh Township property.


Charges have been filed through Magisterial District Court 41-3-01.



CRUELTY TO ANIMALS


State Police at Lewistown are investigating an animal cruelty incident in Wayne Township, Mifflin County.


PSP was dispatched to 1605 Ferguson Valley Road at 8:42am on November 21 following a complaint. The incident remains under investigation.



FERMANAGH TOWNSHIP DRUG POSSESSION


State Police at Lewistown conduced a regulatory checkpoint on Arch Rock Road in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County at 4:30pm on November 28.


While conducting the checkpoint, a 2011 Hyundai Sonata driven by James Lavenburg, 29 of Lewistown, was observed making a U-Turn prior to the checkpoint. The vehicle was stopped and Lavenburg was determined to have a suspended drivers license and to be in possession of a controlled substance and related paraphernalia.



MIFFLINTOWN CRASH


Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a crash on William Penn Highway at the intersection of Creamery Lane in Mifflintown Borough.


At 8:19pm on November 22, a vehicle was stopped waiting to turn onto Creamery Lane when another vehicle failed to see the first vehicle and struck the vehicle. Both vehicles were driven from the scene and both operators were wearing seatbelts and were uninjured.



LOST/MISSING FIREARM


A 70 year old Millerstown man reported a lost firearm to Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown. The missing firearms are valued at $420.
