MILFORD TOWNSHIP DUI

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a single vehicle crash on Route 333 in Milford Township, Juniata County at 3:14am on April 29.

Tye A Jabs, 19 of Mifflintown, failed to negotiate a curve in his 2013 BMW and left the roadway. Jabs then struck two trees before coming to a stop.

Jabs was wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. He was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges have been filed.

LONG ROAD STOLEN VEHICLE

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown received a report of a stolen vehicle on Long Road in Milford Township, Juniata County.

Robert Helsel, 52 of Mifflin, told police that Julian Bailer, 24 of Port Royal, was to return his 2004 Ford Taurus on May 7, 2023 but never did.

An arrest warrant was issued for Bailer. PSP located Bailer and transported him to the Mifflin County Correctional Facility.
