FERMANAGH TOWNSHIP DRUG POSSESSION

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown have charged Chrisstian Jones, 20 of Glenn Heights, Texas following a traffic stop on Route 322 eastbound in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County.

Jones was observed using an emergency turn around. Upon further investigation it was found that Jones was under the influence of marijuana while operating a commercial vehicle.

Jones also did not possess a valid operators license and was charged through Magisterial District Court.

GRANVILLE TOWNSHIP DRUG POSSESSION

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown conducted a traffic stop on US22 Eastbound near Country Lane in Granville Township, Mifflin County.

During the stop the operator of the 2015 Lexus, Sophie Wilt, 19 of Lewistown was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Charges have been filed.

TITLE 75 VIOLATION

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown also conducted a traffic stop in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County near Arch Rock Road on US 22 Eastbound.

Roman Simmons, 38 of Lewistown was found to not have an ignition interlock as required. Charges have been filed through Magisterial District Court.
