TUSCARORA TOWNSHIP INDECENT ASSAULT
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating an incident of Indecent Assault on Horse Valley Road in Tuscarora Township, Juniata County.
PSP responded to the address to speak with the 72 year old female victim into the assault that occured approximately two months prior. The victim stated she was assaulted by her neighbor.
The incident remains under investigation.
WALKER TOWNSHIP HARASSMENT
On March 12, Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown were sent to 740 Center Road in Walker Township, Juniata County for a reported domestic.
Through investigation, Mandy Eaton, 44 of Mifflintown and Faith Eaton, 20 of Mifflintown, were both charged in the 5:40pm incident.
ARMAGH TOWNSHIP SHOPLIFTING
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to the Rutters store in Armagh Township, Mifflin County for a reported theft.
According to the store, an unknown actor stole Pokemon cards on February 18, 2023 between 1444 hours and 1447 hours. The actor then left the store in a red Jeep Grand Cherokee. When exiting the parking lot the actor turned left onto Old US Highway 322 undetected.
The cards are valued at $411.95.
RICHFIELD CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a residence on Main Street in Monroe Township, Juniata County for a report of Criminal Mischief.
Between 10:30pm on March 11 and 7:00am on March 12 an unknown actor egged the residence and a vehicle.
PSP is investigating.
TUSCARORA TOWNSHIP DUI
Charges are pending against a 45 year old McVeytown man following a traffic stop on Route 75 South near Heckman Station Road in Tuscarora Township, Juniata County.
Chad Sechrist was found to be driving his 2006 Volkswagen Jetta under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop.

Port Royal Speedway is dark this coming weekend (March 18 and 19). The World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Cars are scheduled to be in action at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, March 17 and at the Lincoln Speedway on March 18.
Selinsgrove Speedway will open their 2023 season on Saturday, March 18 with the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series fueled by Sunoco. 602 Crate Modifieds are also scheduled to be in action.
Selinsgrove Speedway is now under the direction of new promoter Stephanie Baker.
