MULTIPLE PEOPLE STABBED IN GRANVILLE TOWNSHIP
Granville Township Police were called to a residence on Miller Lane in Granville Township, Mifflin County in the early morning hours of April 10.
The caller reported that there were multiple people stabbed and that the alleged actor was leaving the residence.
The allaged actor, Bernardo T Petrillo of Lewistown, was located traveling on Route 103 North. A traffic stop was conducted and Petrillo was taken into custody to the Mifflin County Correctional Facility. He is facing charges of Attempted Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Possessing an Instrament of a Crime, Possession with the Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance and Criminal Mischief.
Granville Township Police were assisted by the Lewistown Borough Police Department and Mifflin County Regional Police.
GINGERALE THEFT
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a residence on William Penn Highway in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County for a reported theft.
A 31 year old Mifflintown female reported to PSP that a white male, thin build with wavy dark hair, wearing a t shirt that said "Always in Season", blue pants and boots, entered her property and stole a bottle of Gingerale valued at $2 from the porch.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
MILFORD TOWNSHIP CRASH
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a crash at the intersection of Route 35 and Route 333 in Milford Township, Juniata County.
Nicholas A Smeal, 19 of Carlisle, was attempting a lefthand turn off of Route 35 onto Route 333 in his 2012 Jeep Cherokee when he pulled into the path of a 2014 Suburu Legacy driven by Garth R Espigh, 47 of Milroy.
Both units sustainted disabling damage. Espigh was transported by Port Royal EMS to Geisinger Lewistown Hospital for minor injuries. Smeal was charged in the collision.
FAYETTE TOWNSHIP CRASH
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown also responded to a crash on Route 35 North in Fayette Township, Juniata County.
Kayla M Bobb, 31 of Mifflintown, was traveling east on Route 35 when her 2006 Jeep Commander began experiencing malfunctions. Bobb was traveling at a speed of approximately 30 MPH with her hazard lights on when the vehicle traveled across both lanes before striking a utility pole.
Bobb was transported by Fayette Township EMS to Geisinger Lewistown Hospital for reported minor injuries. She was not wearing a seatbelt. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Tracy Powell's office.
