JUNIATA'S ELIZABETH GAISIOR PITCHES STRIKEOUT #600
Juniata High School's Liz Gaisior struck out her 600th batter Monday night vs East Juniata and she did it as a Junior.
In a game heard on Juniata County Radio, Juniata defeated their cross county rivals 2-0.
Gaisior, who just hit the 500 strikeout mark just a few weeks ago, has over 110 strikeouts in TVL competition alone this year.
The staff and management of Juniata County Radio congratulates Liz on another outstanding milestone.

MAN WITH LEWISTOWN TIES WANTED

Mifflin County Regional Police are requesting the public's assistance locating 30 year old Derek Wagner.
Wagner is wanted in the Hershey area for aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and drug related charges stemming from an incident that occured over this past weekend in Hershey. Wagner injured an officer in the incident.
Wagner has ties to the Lewistown area and may return. If you know the whereabouts of 30 year old Derek Wagner, please contact police.
BEAVERTOWN THEFTS FROM VEHICLES
Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove are investigating a string of thefts from motor vehicles on Hahn Street in Beavertown Borough, Snyder County.
On the morning of April 14 in the area of Hahn Street and Middleswarth Street, an actor or actors focused on unlocked vehicles, however in one instance the actor or actors did enter an occupied structure.
Anyone with information relating to this incident is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove.

Port Royal Speedway returns to action this Saturday night, April 22 with the $10,000 to win Spring Thaw presented by Mike Cleck Paving and Sealcoating for the Wiekerts Livestock 410 Sprint Cars.
