WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT


The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Winter Storm Watch from late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.


Heavy snow with rates greater than one inch per hour are possible along with total snow accumulations of four to six inches with a glaze of ice.



PERRY COUNTY HOUSE FIRE


The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal Unit is investigating a house fire on the 400 block of Linton Hill Road in Wheatfield Township, Perry County.


Crews were called to the home Monday afternoon and arrived to find a bedroom fire in the single story home. A male victim was trapped and was located in an adjoining bathroom. Firefighters were able to remove the male from the residence.


He was transported to Johns Hopkins-Bayview Hospital for treatment of significant injuries.


The fire was held to the bedroom and bathroom. Two responders were transported to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation. An investigation into the fire is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call PSP Newport at 717-567-3110.





FACEBOOK HARASSEMENT


Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating an incident of harassment in Oliver Township, Mifflin County.


While at the scene, PSP determined that a 52 year old McVeytown male and a 51 year old McVeytown female were being harassed through Facebook.


The incident remains under investigation.
