ONE KILLED IN VEHICLE VS TRAIN


According to the Perry County Coroner one person was killed after their vehicle landed on the train tracks following a crash on Lower Bailey Road in Oliver Township, Perry County.


Once on the tracks the vehicle was struck by a Norfolk Southern train.


The victim's identity is being withheld until relatives can be notified.


WALKER TOWNSHIP HARASSEMENT


Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a residence on William Penn Highway in Walker Township, Juniata County at around 6pm on November 14.


A cousin of the person at the residence reported that a concerning post about them was made online. The incident remains under investigation.


CEMETERY CRIMINAL MISCHIEF


State Police at Lewistown are investigating an incident of criminal mischief in Walker Township, Juniata County.


Bret Satzler, 64 of Mifflintown, reported that someone vandalized some items at Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery.


Damaged were a $1,500 gravestone, a $500 picnic table, and vines.

FAYETTE TOWNSHIP RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY & RECOVERY


Thomas Schell, 41 of McAlisterville, reported to PSP that someone stole two guns from his Main Street residence in Fayette Township, Juniata County.


The firearms have been recovered.


LEWISTOWN DUI


On December 4 at 1:48am Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown conducted a traffic stop on South Wayne Street in Lewistown.


The operator of the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe, Alysa Renninger, 34 of McVeytown was arrested for suspicion of DUI.


Charges are pending.
