Following his arrest in the Summer of 2022 Peyton W Harris, 20 of Mifflintown, stood before Common Pleas Judge Andrew Bender on Tuesday and plead guilty to Possession of Child Pornography and Furnishing Alcohol to Minors.

The other five charges against Harris were dropped. A plea agreement is in place, however if given the maximum sentence Harris could face up to 7 years imprisonment and a $15,000 fine on the child pornography charge and one year imprisonment and a $2,500 fine on the Furnishing Alcohol charge.
