SCATTERING RUBBISH INCIDENT

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown were notified of a person scattering rubbish in a stream at 224 East Salem Road in Delaware Township, Juniata County.

A suspect has been established and interviewed, the incident is under investigation.

MIFFLINTOWN BOROUGH DOMESTIC

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to an active domestic on 4th Street in Mifflintown Borough.

A male actor fled the scene on PSP arrival and was unable to be located. A 24 year old female suffered minor injuries to her hand.

Charges have been filed through Magisterial District Court.

FAYETTE TOWNSHIP IDENTITY THEFT:

A 50 year old Mifflintown woman arrived at the Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown barracks to report that her identity has been stolen.

FAYETTE TOWNSHIP HIT AND RUN

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown investigated a hit and run on Free Spring Church Road in Fayette Township, Juniata County.

Dillan A Stahl, 20 of Lewistown, was traveling east on Free Spring Church Road in his 2010 Volkswagen Jetta when a deer entered the roadway causing him to swerve and leave the roadway.

Stahl then struck three mailboxes and an embankment. He then fled the scene and tried to hide his vehicle at a nearby pallet shop while he called for a ride to pick him up. Stahl then called PSP Lewistown and admitted to the crash. He has been cited.

CORRUPTION OF MINORS

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating a Corruption of Minors incident in Fayette Township, Juniata County.

On January 20, PSP was dispatched to a Route 35 North address in Fayette Township for possible explicit photos being sent over social media. The victims are 14, 15, and 16 year old females from Monroe and Fayette Townships.
