OLIVER TOWNSHIP HARASSEMENT

Pennsylvania State Police responded to an incident of Harassement involving physical contact on Three Locks Road in Oliver Township, Mifflin County.

Candace Smith, 40 of Lewistown and Jason Lynn, 26 of Lewistown engaged in an altercation on December 5 at approximately 11:20am.

Both parties were charged through Magisterial District Court 58-3-01.

MCALISTERVILLE SIMPLE TRESPASS

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an incident of Simple Trespass in Fayette Township, Juniata County.

A 66 year old McAlisterville female reported someone entered her 2001 Chrysler. Nothing was removed from the vehicle and the incident remains under investigation.

DERRY TOWNSHIP DRUG ARREST

Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown conducted a traffic stop on Electric Avenue in the area of Second Street in Derry Township, Mifflin County at 4:11pm on December 4.

During the stop, a controlled substance was found to be concealed inside the vehicle. The occupants of the vehicle were a 36 year old female, a 36 year old male, and 33 year old male who's hometowns were redacted from the report.
