STRONG WINTER STORM APPROACHING


A high-impact snow storm will impact the area from the predawn hours of Sunday through Sunday night. As a result, schools, businesses and churches have already closed. Juniata County Radio has a full list of these available on the Snow Patrol. The Snow Patrol can be viewed by CLICKING HERE.


Additionally, the Snow Patrol is airing every 20 minutes on Wheels.


The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Winter Storm Warning has been issued through 1pm Monday for 10 to 18 inches of snow.


Following the storm, very cold weather will settle in, with temperatures remaining in the teens through next Friday.

TIER 4 TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE FOR ROUTE 322


PennDot has announced that Tier 4 travel restrictions will be implemented for several roadways in Central Pennsylvania. Route 322 from I-99 to I-81 is included in them.


During Tier 4 travel restrictions, all school buses, commercial buses, motor coaches, motorcycles, RVs/motorhomes and passenger vehicles towing trailers are not permitted on affected roadways while restrictions are in place


Speed limits will also be reduced to 45MPH.

LEWISTOWN WOMAN TRESPASSING


Pennsylvania State Police at Huntingdon responded to Dogtown Road in Hopewell Township, Huntingdon County.


A 52 year old female from Lewistown was reportedly trespassing. State Police at Huntingdon are investigating.
