LEWISTOWN TERRORISTIC THREATS


Lewistown Police responded to South Juniata Street for a report of Terroristic Threats.


It was reported by a group of female juveniles that Austin Bowsman, 21 of McClure, was acting strangely. It was reported that Bowsman was yelling that he would "come up there and beat the hell out of you" while he was staring a tree.


Bowsman then allegedly began yelling at an older female. The female warned the juveniles of his strange behavior. Bowsman then allegedly began yelling "I'll kill you, your momma, and your homeboy" before going to Sheetz.


Bowsman was charged with Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct.



TUSCARORA TOWNSHIP BURGLARY


Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a reported Burglary on McCoysville Road in Tuscarora Township, Juniata County.


Eugene Rayfield, 53 of Thompsontown, reported that someone stole a high school diploma, a silver ring with an eagle engraved, and damaged a lock on a safe as well as a front door.


PSP Lewistown is investigating.



LOGAN STREET POSSESSION ARRESTS


Lewistown Police responded to 225 Logan Street in Lewistown, Mifflin County for highly impared females in the roadway.


Once on scene, officers located two females, Taleea Sholly, 20 of Lewistown, and Kazlynn Campbell, 27 of Lewistown.


Campbell admitted to ingesting Methamphetamine and provided officers with a small bag of it from her purse. Sholly consented to a search. Officers found a prescription bottle with medications and a container that had marijuana residue.


Both Sholly and Campbell were charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance.



DECATUR TOWNSHIP ASSAULT


Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown have made an arrest following a Domestic Dispute on Route 522 in Decatur Township, Mifflin County.


Jessie Laughlin-Henry, 29 of Lewistown, was involved in an altercation with a 24 year old Mifflintown female. A 2008 Toyota Camery was involved in the incident.


Laughlin-Henry was taken into custody and lodged at the Mifflin County Correctional Facility.



DELAWARE TOWNSHIP ACCIDENT


Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a single vehicle crash on Route 322, approximately a 1/2 mile east of Pfoutz Valley Road, in Delaware Township, Juniata County.


Brandon L Hubbard, 32 of State College, was traveling east on Route 322 at approximately 65 MPH when a deer entered the roadway. Hubbard was unable to avoid the deer. He was wearing a seatbelt and was uninjured in the 12:05am accident.

Juniata will face the winner of Central/Forest Hills on October 30 at a location and time TBA in the PIAA District 6 Championship (AA). The Central/Forest Hills game was still being played as of press time.
