JCR Features Full Week of HS Sports Playoffs

Juniata County Radio is pleased to announce this week's sports broadcast schedule.

Tuesday, November 4 will feature Juniata vs Tulpehocken in the first round of the PIAA AA State Playoffs for Boy's Soccer.

Tulpehocken, from Bernville, Pa, most recently fell to Lancaster Catholic in overtime on Saturday in the District 3 championship. They are 15-6 on the year.

Juniata enters the state tournament off of a win versus West Shamokin in the District 6 championship. Juniata is 17-2-1 on the year.

The winner of this game will face the winner of Deer Lakes and Harbor Creek. That game is scheduled to be played November 4 at 6pm at Deer Lakes.

Juniata football returns after a bye week. They will face Bellefonte at Mifflin County on Friday in the District 6 AAAA Championship.

Bellefonte enters the championship off of a win versus Greater Johnstown last Friday night.
