UNRULY, INTOXICATED LEWISTOWN JUVENILES


Lewistown Police responded to a report of unruly juveniles at The Laundry Room on South Docras Street in Lewistown, Mifflin County.


Once on scene, officers found a 16 year old from Lewistown who was known to police showing signs of intoxication. The 16 year old has several recent underage alcohol offences.


The juvenile admitted to stealing small bottles of alcohol from the Nittany MinitMart on East Walnut Street and consuming some of them.


The juvenile was taken into custody for underage consumption of alcohol and was transported to their residence. Officers located bottles of liquor in the juvenile's backpack.


Charges related to the retail theft are pending an investigation into the theft.



SUSPICIOUS PERSONS OUTSIDE SCHOOL OF NURSING


Lewistown Police responded to the Geisinger School of Nursing on the 100 block of East Market Street in Lewistown, Mifflin County.


Police say Florene Shirey, 59 of Lewistown, and Taleea Sholly, 20 of Lewistown, were both found to be in possession of drugs or drug paraphernalia.


Shirey was found with methamphetamine and Sholly possessed hypodermic needles, a digital scale with methamphetamine residue, and bags with drug residue.


Shirey was charged with possession of a controlled substance and Sholly was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Both have extensive recent drug histories.



PHILADELPHIA WOMAN CHARGED FOR FERMANAGH TOWNSHIP THEFT


Pennsylvania State Police have filed charges related to an incident in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County.


PSP responded to Stop Plaza Drive for a report of a lost or stolen wallet from a 69 year old Thompsontown woman. After viewing surveillance footage, an actor was identified as a 46 year old female from Philadelphia.


Charges have been filed through District Judge Powell's office.

Lewistown Police and Pennsylvania State Police at Newport are trying to locate an individual (pictured).

Jose Francisco Lugo-Lago, 49, has an active arrest warrant out of Dauphin County. Lugo-Lago's last known address is on South Spruce Street in Lewistown.


Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jose Francisco Lugo-Lago, age 49, is asked to contact Lewistown Police or Pennsylvania State Police at Newport.
