SYRINGE FOUND IN LUNCH
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to an incident on Chestnut Ridge Road in Oliver Township, Mifflin County.
On October 9, a student reported to staff that he had found a capped syringe in his lunch. PSP responded, no other information was made available in the Public Information Release Report.
LEWISTOWN POLICE CARRY OUT WARRANT
Lewistown Police recieved a report of a wanted subject driving a box struck on Valley Street in Lewistown, Mifflin County.
Charles Kuhns Jr, 62 of Milroy, was found driving the box truck with an active warrant. The truck was stopped on South Dorcus Street. Kuhns had a suspended license for DUI and consented to his vehicle being searched.
In the search police found a drug pipe that is believed to have been used for Crack Cocaine.
Kuhns was taken into custody and lodged at the Mifflin County Correctional Facility.
PERRY TOWNSHIP DUI
Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove conducted a traffic stop on Route 104 in Perry Township, Snyder County.
The stop, involving a 2013 Black Volkswagen Jetta, was initiated following multiple traffic violations. Through investigation it was found the operator, a 20 year old female from Richfield, was under the influcence of alcohol.
Charges have been filed through Magisterial District Court.
WAYNE TOWNSHIP CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are asking for information that occured on October 19 or October 20 at the Wayne Township Office in Wayne Township, Mifflin County.
A window, valued at $1,500, was broken at the township office. The scene was processed by FSU and the incident is under investigation. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact PSP Lewistown at 717-320-1010 and reference incident number PA2025-1296281.
PENN TOWNSHIP VEHICLE THEFT
Pennsylvania State Police at Newport responded to the report of a theft of a motor vehicle on Noye Road in Penn Township, Perry County.
A 74 year old female from Duncannon reported that a 34 year old Duncannon woman stole a 2022 Nissan Murano, black in color.

PIAA DISTRICT 6 AA SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES
Thursday, 10/30 @ 5pm: Juniata vs West Shamokin (Boys)
Thursday, 10/30 @ 7pm: Juniata vs Forest Hills (Girls)
Both games will be broadcast live on Juniata County Radio and will be played at Mansion Park - Altoona.
FOOTBALL:
Juniata will recieve a BYE for the week ending 10/31. They will face the winner of Bellefonte vs Greater Johnstown the following week. The Greater Johnstown/Bellefonte game is to be played Friday, October 31 at Bellefonte.
